1. Rapid repair Technology for damaged concrete structures has been patented and this technology was commercialized and adopted in Chennai Port Trust. A project was done at CPT based on this technology.
2. Geo-polymer brick using copper slag and fly ash has been developed, patented. Based on this technology, a project has been completed for (Sterlite, Tuticorin) for stabilization of waste materials using green technology.
3. Composite cement using fly ash and slag has been prepared and evaluated for its corrosion performance under short term accelerated and long term exposure conditions. Based on the publications an international project was undertaken for long term field exposure studies at Tuticorin OPMEC unit and Mandapam marine exposure station.
4. Multi-component inhibitor formulation was developed for repair and rehabilitation of concrete structures.
5. Solid Embeddable Potential and LPR Sensors has been developed for corrosion monitoring of reinforced concrete bridges and it has been implemented in NFCL Hyderabad.
