  • Working on surface engineering of bio implantable substrates for artificial organs with transition metal nitride, oxide reinforced ceramics and metallic glass coatings. Metal nitrides are used for developing low cost jwellery with non tarnishing color of gold and silver.  Offering a consultancy services to M/s Nano Marker’s Trichy on Sputter coating of Titanium Nitride onto Nickel or Chrome plated stailess steel needles”.
  • Coordinating an Industry oriented Technology Course on “Surface coatings by Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) and surface analyses” at CECRI, Karaikudi since 2003. Teaching Physics and Materials Science subjects to B.Tech students.
