Please go through the instrument technical details in the facility tab and sample requirements before submitting requisition form.
The samples should be submitted in the prescribed analysis requisition form indicating the information called for as well as your special requirement, if any. Kindly send the samples along with requisition form and address the same to:

Step-1 : Only on receipt of the analysis requisition form along with the samples,
they will be registered for analysis and taken up for measurement as per
the seniority/queue of the users of the instrument concerned.
Step-2 : When the analysis is over, intimation will be sent from the above mail ID for payment of analysis charges. After the remittance of analysis charges in the Bank Account, results will be sent through mail. Kindly share the date of remittance and UTR No. of the transaction for easy tracking.
Step-3 : Payments are to be made only by online transaction. The transaction details, Name of the indentor and instrument are to be sent through email to TTBD Section.

Step-4 : The results/spectra will be sent to the users on receipt of the Payment.
Advance Amount will not be entertained.
Please note that in the event the payment received is more than the actual analyses charges incurred, it will NOT be possible to refund the excess amount paid. While submitting samples for more than one analysis separate samples are to be sent for each facility.
